Who is this mastermind for?
This is designed for established business owners based in Essex who are committed to growth and want to be part of a close-knit peer advisory group. We seek diverse industries to ensure fresh perspectives.
Where are the dinners held?
We are currently looking for the right location to host and would like to rotate between carefully selected restaurants that provide the right atmosphere for intimate, meaningful conversation. Locations are announced one month in advance to accommodate everyone's schedules.
What's the time commitment?
The dinner is designed to be around the 3-hour mark. Between meetings, members engage in our private community as much or as little as they wish. The key is consistent attendance at dinners. Annual retreats will be designed around 3-4 days in a foreign country, to be selected.
How are members selected?
We carefully curate each cohort to ensure industry diversity, complementary expertise, and aligned values. Applications will be followed up with a telephone call to guage suitability. We're looking for givers, not just takers, people who will contribute as much as they receive.
What if I can't make a dinner?
Life happens. We ask members to attend as many dinners as they can as consistency in attendance is crucial for building trust and continuity within the group. Schedules are set months in advance to help with planning.
Is there a refund policy?
Dinners are booked monthly but if you cannot make the date after payment, we'll refund your investment once/if we can find a suitable replacement. This is because the payment includes the cost of food and welcome drink.
